MISO Digital is seeking a highly motivated OR experienced ESG and Sustainability Consultant to join our dynamic team. We are committed to integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into our business practices and our customers. We are looking for an individual who has a business charisma, entrepreneur mindset, enterprise IT knowledge, and shares our passion for sustainability and making a positive impact. Your mission is to integrate ESG and sustainability solutions by using proper technology, for example Microsoft Sustainability Suite, ServiceNow, and Terrascope.

What you will do
- Lead ESG/sustainability business unit. Ensure healthy partnership with technology partners, auditors, and consultants.
- Lead and support our customers on the development and implementation of sustainability and ESG strategies
- Engage with C-suite, sustainability team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to promote ESG awareness and foster a culture of sustainability throughout the organization.
- Provide recommendation to integrate technology to help our customers monitor and measure ESG performance, achieving their sustainability goals
- Integrate ESG considerations into various business functions, such as supply chain management, operations, and product development.
- Research information about ESG trends, regulations, and reporting frameworks, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough ESG assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Manage the project, deliverables, budget, and stakeholders -- customer, technology partner, external auditor, external consultants, and regulators
- Lead the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms
- Prepare ESG reports and communicate findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate sustainable investment opportunities and support the integration of ESG factors into the company's investment strategy.
We will require you to have:
- Businessperson the right mixed of business, sustainability, and technology
- Interested in environmental studies, sustainability, business development, IT experts, or a related discipline.
- A passion for sustainability and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on the environment and society.
- Specific ESG and sustainability knowledge
- Proven experience working as an ESG consultant or in a similar role, with a strong track record of implementing successful sustainability programs.
- In-depth knowledge of ESG principles, frameworks (such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, GHG), and reporting standards (such as CDP, DJSI, or similar).
- Familiarity with relevant Thailand, US, or EU regulations and guidelines related to ESG and sustainability
- Professional certifications or accreditations related to ESG or sustainability (e.g., CSR-P, GRI Standards Certified, CFA ESG Certificate) would be a plus.
- Business Acumen
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to influence and drive change within the organization, promoting a culture of sustainability.
