Account Manager (Sales-IT Solution)

Your mission

Boost our sales in alignment with MISO's strategies. This is a high impact role that will drive sales, marketing and business planning for the digital-first, cloud-first, AI-first world. You will need to do marketing, sales, pre-sales, and manage customer satisfaction with the customers' high-level executives and ensure their journey to hybrid work is smooth and sustained.

What you will do:

  • Provide insightful brief to the customer and help our customers create a cloud journey roadmap, using various hybrid work solutions.
  • Provide detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of targeted sales goals and sales opportunities.
  • Create concise and impactful written presentations, collaterals, and targeted communications as required to drive the hybrid work strategies.
  • Pitch hybrid work solution to our SMB, Corporate, and Enterprise customers. Capture their business problems into thoughtful business requirements. Do marketing activities, boost sales, identify and develop opportunities to unlock further revenue with the prospects, and current customers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from establishing customer contact until signing a deal. Create commercial proposal documents. Perform administration tasks on customer agreements, quotations, and billing. Analyze and keep records of sales and data. 
  • Be a proactive partner to ensure customer success and ensure project execution and relationship development. Drive customer satisfaction and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to and foster an exceptional and supportive work environment.


What you need

  • Sales, marketing, entrepreneur skills
  • Charisma, tech-savvy, perfectionism, problem solver, and a growth mindset.
  • Customer base and sales target commitment. 
  • Proven records in understanding enterprise IT, hybrid cloud, IT services, cybersecurity products landscape
  • Proven records in connecting with the enterprise IT ecosystem. This includes distributors, partners, and customers in Thailand.
