Business Development Manager - Microsoft Cloud

Your mission

TLDR; Drive our Microsoft cloud business in alignment with Microsoft's strategies. 

This is a high impact role that will drive strategy development, design, and business planning for the digital-first, cloud-first, AI-first world. You will need to collaborate across multiple teams including marketing, sales, technical delivery, operations, systems development, business users, and high-level executives. You will be a trailblazer, leading the transformation and empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.

What you will do:

• Be the product owner and working closely with Microsoft at the local, regional, and global level to enable Microsoft solutions with hyperscale growth. You will be concentrated on the Modern Work, Business Application, Cloud, Security, and Compliance solutions.
• Maintain the relationship and elegant partner status with Microsoft and Microsoft ecosystem. Ensure and develop business capabilities to enact strategy.
• Plan the marketing activities, boost sales, identify and develop opportunities to unlock further revenue, drive customer satisfaction. Pitch Microsoft solution to our SMB, Corporate, and Enterprise customer. Create concise and impactful written presentations, collaterals, and targeted communications as required to drive the Microsoft strategies.
• Turn business problems into thoughtful business requirements. Research the solution, implementation method, and approaching. Create useful technical documents, create commercial proposal documents, be a focal point to ensure customer success, and oversee project execution/development.
  
• Contribute to and foster an exceptional and supportive work environment. Lead critical strategic initiatives for the business, including analyzing and framing options with rationale, aligning sponsors/stakeholders, and aiding the business development, sales, technical implementation, and support.

• Leadership charisma, tech-savvy, perfectionism, problem solver, and growth mindset.
• Proven records in management consulting, strategy, business planning, or marketing, ideally in the tech sector.  
• Proven records in understanding enterprise IT and Microsoft cloud solutions especially Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure.
• Proven records in connecting with the Microsoft ecosystem. This includes Microsoft, distributors, partners, and customers in Thailand.
