What is your mission
We’re on the lookout for an all-rounded, skilled People and Community executive or Human Resources Manager to manage HR programs across the company - everything from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and compensation. The role will involve working, side-by-side, with our employees to foster a positive environment and make sure the company’s mission and goals are effectively implemented.
What you will do
Enable inspired modern workplace environment and policies that unleash digital creativity and productivity
Design end-to-end process of employee lifetime journey and manage business partnership team
Ensure business goal alignment (e.g., OKR). Create and cascade leadership principles, digital dexterity, result driven measurement, and 10x growth mindset
Create people development programs, trainee or champion program, evaluation, training, perks, community, and engagement activities to support growing business.
Maintain daily operation, health and safety, and legal matter. Identify unhappy issues proactively and follow up with owners to determine resolutions and escalate when needed
Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relationships, training, and compensation process; monitor and make improvements as required
What you will need
Proven records on leadership, creating the culture and being trailblazer. Create company cultures from the scratch
Understanding in overall HR process from recruitment, compensation, development, legal, and compliance.
