Support Engineer

Your Mission


TLDR; Help people and organizations get more done. Be first level support for our Microsoft 365 customer. Handle email and call from the customer, make sense of their problem, and provide a sustainable solution. Working with Cloud Platform Specialist, and Microsoft regional support for the complicated problems. 




What you will do 

  • Proactively support our local and global Microsoft 365 customers for any inquiry, incident and request via call, remote desktop, email or onsite support
  • Follow the ITSM framework on Incident and Request management i.e. Be ownership of the ticket, diagnostic, escalate, resolve, and closure within SLA. Provide escalation and working with Microsoft regional and global support teams.
  • Perform technical testing, proof of concept, product research, and advisory to customers. Perform user management roles, basic configuration, and general administration tasks on Microsoft 365. 
  • Support the integration project of Microsoft 365 basically on the end-user side e.g., training, desktop installation, mobile devices support
  • Onboarding and maintain our customers' Microsoft 365 tenant and subscription plan
  • Create and maintain Microsoft 365 knowledge base, technical documents, training materials, end-user adoption packages, and end-user communication packages


What you will need

  • 1Y+ experience in Service Desk, IT Support to the organization that uses Microsoft 365--support end-user problem of Microsoft 365 e.g., Office Applications, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams
  • Proven knowledge in Microsoft 365 core service (Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online) and Microsoft 365 Apps (desktop, mobile, and tablet)

Bonus if you have

  • Experience in implementation or be a member of the implementation team of Microsoft 365
  • Earned any Microsoft certificates
