Your mission
We're looking for a skilled evangelist, coach, trainer, content writer, content curator to work with teams across the company and craft valuable content that will educate our customers and wow our prospects.
Your work will have you fiddling with course outline, training materials, technical documents, graphics and literature for feature announcements, framing scripts for feature and training videos, building presentations to better explain features for sales and technical teams.
What you will do
- Talk to C-level, IT Manager and super users to understand customers’ IT and business priorities and success measures to design solutions and build learning and adoption plans with a focus on Microsoft modern workplace, cloud and security products
- Develop, write and deliver persuasive content for the presentation, training materials, online channel, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos and blogs
- Deliver classroom instructor-led training, eTraining, create course outline, create content and engage learners through the class
- Help with localization of content, developing & maintaining technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials
What you will need
- Proven being tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex technical matters in a simple manner without using jargon
- Excellent in writing, graphics composition, creating documentation, creating presentations, video production, proofread and attention to detail
- Broad understanding of cloud computing, cloud infrastructure, application development/devops, data analytics and/or artificial intelligence.
Bonus if you have
- Certified in Microsoft technology and solutions (e.g. MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCT)
