Solution Specialist is a leading IT solutions integrator specializing in Microsoft Cloud and Security solutions. We are seeking a talented and experienced Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that empower our customers to harness the full potential of Microsoft Cloud and Security technologies.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft Cloud and Security offerings.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer environments, identifying pain points, security risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions that align with customers' business goals and deliver maximum value.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle, addressing customer inquiries, overcoming objections, and ensuring smooth project implementation.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful solution delivery, providing technical oversight and guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Cloud and Security technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and share this knowledge with internal teams and customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and establishing long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create technical content, such as whitepapers, blogs, and case studies, to showcase our expertise and thought leadership.
We will require you to have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, designing and implementing Microsoft Cloud and Security solutions.
- Deep technical understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Security offerings.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles, architectures, and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing hybrid cloud solutions, integrating on-premises infrastructure with Microsoft Cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft security solutions, such as Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender for Identity, and Microsoft Sentinel.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex environments and develop tailored solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, are highly desired.
