Your Mission
As a marketing intern, your primary objective will be to support the sales team through lead generation efforts. You’ll assist in developing and implementing initiatives to increase brand awareness and improve product/service adoption using an omni-channel approach, both online and offline. You'll have the opportunity to work with IT brands and contribute to demand generation and marketing campaigns.

What You Will Do
- Support Brand Presence: Help maintain a professional and trusted brand presence across various channels.
- Assist in Omni-Channel Marketing: Contribute to the management and planning of our online and offline marketing strategy, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok), our website, print ads, and email marketing campaigns.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing online and on-site marketing events such as webinars, tech conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Content Creation: Collaborate in creating and co-creating content (text, photos, videos, graphics) for social media platforms, websites, print ads, and email marketing.
- Ad Campaign Support: Help manage online ad campaigns, primarily through Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Marketing Operations: Assist in integrating tools like chatbots or AI to enhance marketing operations.
- Campaign Tracking: Support the tracking of marketing development campaigns with IT brands and agencies.
- Lead Acquisition: Assist in the lead acquisition process and help generate demand reports, tracking results with the products and sales team.
- Customer Experience Improvement: Work with the product and sales teams to help enhance the overall customer experience (CX).
What You Will Need
- Social media: A good understanding of social media platforms and their professional use.
- Brand Identity Understanding: Basic knowledge of brand and corporate identity concepts.
- Marketing Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with managing marketing tools like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and basic website content management (WordPress).
- Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging content (copywriting, proofreading, visual design) in both Thai and English.
- Event Coordination Experience: Any prior experience or coursework related to organizing webinars or marketing events is a plus.
- Reporting Skills: Basic skills in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations.
- Creative Tools Knowledge: Experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for content creation is advantageous.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Freshsales, Zoho CRM) is a plus, but not required.
