About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Solutions Specialist to join our team at a leading IT solutions integrator specializing in the hospitality and hotel industry. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales team, clients, and internal departments to understand client needs, create customized solutions, and present them effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in showing how MISO Digital’s solutions can improve client operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored IT solutions for the hospitality and hotel sector.
  • Assess client environments to identify challenges and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement solutions that align with clients’ business goals.
  • Create and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  • Provide technical support throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery and offer technical guidance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, and share insights with internal teams and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Work with the marketing team to create technical content such as whitepapers and case studies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical solutions or presales role, especially in IT solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT solutions for the hospitality and hotel sector, including PABX telephone systems, IPTV, networking, and related technologies.
  • Experience in creating Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Terms of Reference (TOR), and designing technical diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to developing innovative solutions.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in managing projects and implementing solutions specifically for the hospitality and hotel sector.
  • Relevant certifications in IT solutions.

Base Working Location: (Modernform Srinagarindra Building: Office Base)
  • Based in Bangkok but requires travel to client locations as needed. 
  • Work from Monday to Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM).

Job Level: Junior - Middle Level (3-5 years of experience)
