Position Summary
Lead a team of Account Managers (sales) managing enterprise customers. Deliver tailored IT solutions that ensure customer success, retention, and revenue growth through technical expertise and business insight.
Key Product Area: Cloud and Hybrid Cloud, Security, Collaboration Suite, Enterprise Infrastructure, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

What you will do (Responsibilities) :
- Be the main contact and trusted advisor for customers
- Understand customer business goals and recommend solutions
- Lead and work with Account Managers for smooth handoff
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR)
- Monitor customer health, usage, satisfaction, and renewals
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Provide technical support and coordinate issue resolution
- Deliver training and workshops to customers
- Share customer feedback with internal teams
- Keep up with industry trends to improve strategies
We will require you to have (Qualifications) :
- 5+ years in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management (B2B/Enterprise)
- Experience leading or managing a team
- Strong knowledge of Cloud, Security, and Enterprise IT
- Excellent communication with C-level executives
- Strategic, customer-focused, proactive
- Able to manage multiple projects
- Results-driven with ownership mindset
