Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and client-facing AI Adoption Specialist to join our consulting team and drive end-to-end AI Transformation initiatives for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between world-class Generative AI technologies and actual business productivity.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients to uncover high-impact use cases, architect tailor-made adoption roadmaps, deliver professional enablement workshops, and ensure that clients' workforces fully embrace enterprise-grade GenAI tools. By doing so, you will help organizations maximize their technological ROI and successfully navigate the future of work.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Client Consultation & Use Case Discovery: Partner directly with enterprise clients to map out business workflows, conduct deep-dive pain point analyses, and identify strategic opportunities to inject Generative AI capabilities that drive efficiency and reduce operational costs across diverse business units.
  • Bespoke Training & Workshop Delivery: Design, develop, and facilitate highly engaging training curricula, customized change management workshops, and multi-tiered enablement programs (both virtual and on-site) that translate intricate technical concepts into tangible, value-driven strategies for non-technical business users.
  • Multi-Platform Enablement & Practical Implementation: Provide expert consultative guidance and hands-on skill training across four primary enterprise AI ecosystems, tailored precisely to the client's unique business goals:
  1. Microsoft 365 Copilot: Guide clients on seamlessly embedding context-aware AI into their daily operational workflows within Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook to optimize organizational productivity.
  2. Microsoft Copilot Studio: Deliver specialized workshops empowering clients to design, configure, govern, and deploy low-code/no-code custom AI Agents and internal organizational chatbots.
  3. Anthropic Claude: Train teams on advanced prompt design for high-level analytical thinking, long-context data synthesis, multi-document cross-referencing, and specialized industry-specific use cases.
  4. Gemini Enterprise: Enable clients to leverage the Google Workspace ecosystem, advanced multimodal features (processing text, audio, video, and code simultaneously), and large-scale data processing for rapid, data-driven business decision-making.
  • Change Management & Adoption Strategy: Formulate comprehensive change management frameworks, establish internal "AI Champions" networks within client organizations, and co-create centralized Best Practices and Prompt Libraries to ensure continuous, sustainable, and long-term user adoption.
  • Customer Success & Strategic Value Tracking: Act as a trusted advisor post-enablement to track, analyze, and evaluate user adoption metrics and consumption data, synthesizing these insights into executive-level reports that justify ROI and outline clear blueprints for next-phase AI scaling.

Qualifications & Skills
 
  • Professional Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in IT Consulting, Technical Enablement, Customer Success, Management Consulting, or Pre-Sales/Post-Sales Technical Consulting, with a track record of serving mid-to-large enterprise clients.
  • Deep AI Expertise: Comprehensive, hands-on mastery of enterprise AI solutions including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude, and Gemini Enterprise. Relevant technical or cloud vendor certifications are highly advantageous.
  • Consultative & Presentation Mastery: Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, and active listening skills. Proven capability to engage, influence, and build immediate credibility with both C-level executives and end-users.
  • Advanced Prompt Engineering: Elite proficiency in advanced prompt design methodologies (e.g., Chain-of-Thought, Few-Shot Prompting, Role-Based Prompting) paired with the ability to teach these techniques effectively across varied business domains.
  • Customer-Centric & Agile Mindset: A passionate champion for emerging technologies who thrives in an agile environment, possesses a strong growth mindset, and demonstrates the flexibility to swiftly pivot strategies to match evolving client needs.
