Your mission
As a marketing specialist, your primary objective will be to facilitate the sales team through lead generation. You’ll be responsible for conceiving, driving, and implementing initiatives to increase brand presence and improve product/service adoption through omni-channel approach both offline, online. You will be working with IT brands and ecosystems for demand generation and marketing campaign development.

What you will do
- Ensure the brand presence is well-maintained, in a professional manner, and trusted.
- Create, manage and plan our omni-channel approach for online and offline presence; This included our social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok), website, print ads, marketplace, messaging (LINE, Facebook Messenger), and email marketing platform.
- Manage and plan our online and on-site marketing event. This included webinar, tech conference, seminar, workshop.
- Plan, create, and co-create contents (text, photo, video, and graphic) for posting on social media platforms, websites, print ads, and email marketing.
- Manage online ads campaign and other paid channels usually Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Integration of robotic process, chatbot, or AI to improve marketing operations.
- Manage, plan, and track the marketing development campaign with IT brands and agency companies.
- Execute the lead acquisition process, generate demand generation report and tracking results with products and sales team.
- Sync with product and sales team to tune and improve overall customer's experience (CX)
What you will need
- Professional social media presence
- Proven understanding of brand identity/corporate identity concept
- Proven records of managing related marketing tools; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, website, and email marketing. Digital Ads platform Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Website content management such as WordPress.
- Content creation skills (copywriter, proofreading, visual design, graphics, and art direction). This means you need to use both Thai and English in business manner fluently.
- Experience in organizing webinars, and offline marketing events
- Reporting and authoring skill (example Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Content creation skill (example Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint)
- CRM software skill is a plus (Salesforce, Freshsales, Zoho CRM, etc.)
